Need 2 files

I need 2 files from the iPod Touch 4.1
Please remove the passcode if you have set any and then reboot.
It would be good if someone who have a clean restore provides these files, if not then anyone...
The 2 files are:-

I forgot the passcode, so I am trying to replace the files to remove the pass.

Your request is pointless as (in my limited testing) this technique no longer works on iOS 4.0 and higher. I know that there is a solution for iOS 4.0 and higher, but at present it has not been made public (and I don't know the details of it)
