Jailbreak worked! Activate failed...

Hi,

I tried to jailbroke my iPod Touch 8 g 1.1.5 with Ziphone and it worked perfectly, the problem is I tried also to "Activate", and I realised later that only iPhones were supported...

So when I did it, there were transcriptions in the iPod as usual, and it bugged. Now I can't do anything with my iPod Touch, there are just transcriptions. It's like this:

BSD root : md0, major 2, minor 0
BSD root : md0, major 2, minor 0
BSD root : md0, major 2, minor 0
BSD root : md0, major 2, minor 0
BSD root : md0, major 2, minor 0
BSD root : md0, major 2, minor 0
BSD root : md0, major 2, minor 0

Either I put the USB or remove it, it shows this for infinite.

How can I restore my iPod? Because the iTunes can't recognize it either.

this one is the iPod "2G" section. Do you have a brandnew iPod? Why are you using ZiPhone?

Please read before just throwing a post.

tell us first if it is a brandnew 2G iPod Touch, please. We'll try to help then

It is an old 8g iPod touch. 2007 model.

Windows and iTunes can't recognize it. I wan't to restore it. How can I?

The iPod Touch is not my playground but we had the same with the iPhone
Thats what we do there (and we never use ZiPhone, btw)

Getting out of this mode on the iPhone

1. Disconnect iPhone from your PC/Mac if not done already.
2. Hold Power/Sleep and Home until the iPhone shuts down. Put it aside.
3. Start iTunes on your PC/Mac and make sure to have the latest version. If not, upgrade.
4. On the iPhone press Home button and keep holding it while connecting the iPhone to your PC/Mac.
5. Keep holding Home button until iTunes finds the iPhone in recovery mode.

Restore the iPhod tehn. As I said the above is for teh "old" iPhone, should work on the Touch aswell.

I tried to use ZiPhone because I didn't find a site like yours. My bad.

The thing is now I have no control on my iPod touch. I can't listen to music, can't close it. You know when we use ZiPhone, while jailbreaking, there are transcriptions that shows up on the iPod screen. Things that I don't understand. And now it just bugged there.

So I can't close it. I can just let the battery goes off, and when I put the USB, it recharges alone, keep showing a black page with transcriptions and iTunes can't recognize it.

I want to stop the process and just to restore or recovery my iPod touch.
