ok im dumb jaja well how do i set it to DFU?
Plug it in and hold home and and power then and after awhile just hold home and pray iTunes sees it. If you need help youtube it and it will show you how to do it. I don't know the case since yours wont even turn on but its worth a shot. Good luck man....

DOWNLOAD SUMMERBOARD FIRST THEN PWNED IT
get a watch for timing
connect you ipod to pc
press/hold top button, and home button for 10 secs
after 10 secs, release top button, but keep pressing home button, and time another 10 secs
after 10 secs, release the home button as well, and now wait for about 30-60~70 secs
eventually it will be recognized as restore mode by windows but make sure wait 60-70 secs, after 70 secs itunes doesnt recognize? try again same steps one more time,
it should work...
also try this guide, which allows custom pwned image, all you do is just use itunes to restore it...
