seriously though there are two ways:
If you have a mac you can use iJailbreak (www.ijailbreak.com).
If you already have installer on your ipod then add http://www.spaziocellulare.com/ispazio.xml to the list of sources then find the 1.1.4 tweaks section and install the 1.1.4 apps.
