I wanted to know if anyone also had this idea...

I want to modify the function of the "Music" button on the iPod Touch double click overlay controls - the one with the volume controls. I realize there are many applications out there that replace the double click functionality but this isn't what I am aiming to do. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to finding the string to change? I have located the string in the Springboard.strings file in the Springboard.app that can change the name of the button but not its associated functionality.

The end goal of this for me would to be able to have the unified iPod function and be able to call up the Unified iPod from the iPod double click overlay controls rather than having it go only to the "Music" function of the MobileMusicPlayer.app.
