Hey everyone,

I found a thread kind of similair to this issue..but it wasn't very clear so I thought I'd re-post...

Yesterday I wanted to add the mobileinstallation file on my Ipod Touch via SCP. So like an idiot I deleted everything I already had in /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MobileInstallation.framework folder and added a new set of files I picked up from a tutorial on adding mobile installation files from youtube (another dumb move).

I restarted my touch and all it does is stay at the apple boot screen. However I can still access the ipod touch in itunes and am still able to access it via scp. However every 5 minutes the touch reboots.

If anyone can help me I would be in your debt. If i have to restore...(last option) is there anyway to do a backup first? apps? songs? games?

Ipod firmware is 2.2.1
