Low space!!!!

Hello, well today was trying to sync my itouch but when it started it told me that i have no space to put music, and it told me that if i want to delete some files to make some space, i clicked no, and when i returned to my ipod y had NO MUSIC,NO VIDEOS, AND NO FOTOS. And in the about screen it said that i had only 1 gb free!!!!! I have the 1.1.2 jailbroken and until now it's my first error!!! what i can do because now i have an ipod with no music, vid etc. i only have the jailbrake.....
I have a Toshiba laptop with windows vista home premium it's almost new and i have synced a lot but now i have this problem.
WHAT CAN I DO ????? i know that i can restore, but i will lose all my infoo .... there is another way to fix this???

Sounds that you need some restore and re-jailbreak. Anyways, you have already lost all your info.
BTW, you have a horrible english.
