    Default Ipot touch 3g factory 3.1.3

    I have been looking around and can't see to find the information. Is the iPod touch with factory 3.1.3 jailbreakable or not? And what program(s) do I use to do it?

    It is but i believe still untethered, go to Spirit

    Tethered means after you reboot it you'll have to jailbreak it again, but after looking again, its untethered so no worries.
