What model is it? It could be either 1G or 2G iPod Touch.

you are a hope for me in ma any iphone and ipod problem so please tell me how to solve ma ipod touch if i restore it online after that can i jailbreak it or not because in tunes server a new version come for ipod 3.1.3

when i restore ma ipod touch its give me error
the ipod "ipod" could not be restored because the firmware is not compatible
i using the os 1.1_3.1.2
