No jailbreak in the future or what, I have been everywhere on the net and no one seems to know. So are there any members here that are slick and know more on this, I heard July/June/and than the end of the year but what is the truth?

No jailbreak for OTOB (or accidentally upgrade) 3.1.3 iPod touch or 3GS.

The only way out is to have a SHSH for 3.1.2 backed up on Cydia see http://www.hackint0sh.org/f203/109567.htm

Release date - best guess, within days of the release of a new iPhone. Maybe after the iPad is released (very doubtful, only if iPhone OS 3.2 is also released then for iPhone/iPodsand even then only *maybe*)

The official Spirit Jailbreak link is Spirit

This will jailbreak all iPod Touch models on 3.1.3 or 3.1.2 - however if you have tried to jailbreak with another tool previously you should restore the iPod touch and let it activate in iTunes before running Spirit.

Go on google and look for Spiritjb and there you go
