Question iPod disabled, sync computer is broken. How can I restore it?

My little sister's iPod touch is displaying a "disabled, connect to iTunes" message because she probably forgot her password. She also broke her computer, which I don't even have at my house. Is there a way to force wipe it? I know the usual way to restore, please don't reply with that. That only works if you have the original computer.

I can jailbreak, root, and unlock phones no problem. I just don't know how to apply it to this situation. Once I'm in, I'm good to go.

I want to fix it for her asap, she has a long ride to school every day.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I think at this point your only choice is a DFU restore, completely wiping the device. It only goes to disabled once you have put in the wrong passcode 10 times. You will lose all data on the device doing this.
