I jus bought an iHome ih80 and got it like 50% off, so i couldnt resist. but on the remote it came with, all the buttons work fine, except the following: Play/pause, go back/ go forward, the up/down arrows, the shuffle button, and the repeat button, when i hit them i kno the ihome is getting a signal, but it doesent seem to take effect of my pod.

The only thing i could think was that these certain buttons wont work with the touch, im sure they do with all the other ipods, but maybe the touch is jus set up somewhat differently that it dosent get read the same as a video or nano when you use the buttons that actualy let you go into your ipod and make selections.

Im confused...HELP!

well, now all the buttons work fine, i guess it was jus a time thing?
