Does anyone have any info on how dumping the flash to get to root file system on the touch has been going?

Last we heard was the report that Apple shut down Martyn (one of the leads on the Touchdev team and the one in possesion of the broken iTouch). He was stopped from uploading the dumped flash and may possible be embroiled in some legal troubles. So fingers crossed.
