[1.1.4][Advice] iPod Restarts in Recovery Mode
Every time I turn my iPod off all the way (pressing and holding the home and sleep button) and turn it back on, it goes into recovery mode. I have to you iLiberty+ every time to get it out of recovery mode. I'm going on a vacation next week and I won't be near my computer. Is there a way to fix this without having to restore my iPod?

ok actually my friend all you have to do is hold the top button and wait till it says Power Off
When you hold both buttons that enters into recovery mode
And actually to save battery just sleep it
Don't turn it off
Turn it off completely like 20 times and you'll see your battery almost depleted
So lesson is
Just let it sleep click the top button once and that's all you need to do.

That's what I mean. I can put it in sleep and it turns on fine. But I'm on vacation now and it somehow restarted itself while I was using it, and now it's stuck in recovery mode. I tried to hook it up to my aunt's laptop and use iliberty to get it out of recovery mode, but my aunt's laptop can't find the hardware when I connect it. So I'm in need of the hardware for the ipod touch for the computer.

try a fresh restore, then try using iliberty again. Otherwise i would suggest using winpwn(for windows) or pwnege tool(for mac) these programs seem to be working better for everyone.

What's a fresh restore? Do you mean restore it to factory settings?
