Well you need to jailbreak it first with Ziphone,then install Ziphone Ibrick Fix. Then through WinScp connect to your iTouch,create neew folder wich should be named YourApp.app and set permissions to 755. To do this select ALL FILES and click left button on your mouse. Then type in "permissions:0755" , then restart your iTouch and your app will work.

Using the new ZiPhoneOSX you can just Jailbreak it and then use either SSH/FTP to get the files into the Applications Folder (but you need SSH and BSD Subsystem installed first) or just use installer.app after the jailbreak is done.

There are lots of sources/programs/games via installer.app!
