updated mobile substrate, wont boot anymore
guys, I read that this happened to other users too. what I was wondering, is there another way to get into the OS again without having to restore?
like reversing/undoing the mobile substrate update? or rolling back or anything. I did the update through wlan and didnt backup.
who would have thought it could kill it all.

A ram disk boot is the only real option for fixing such things. However only those who develop jailbreak and who do iPhone forensics have the ability to build ramdisks generally.

That stuff is backed up everytime you sync your iPhone with iTunes.
