a friend of mine said to me today that the tethered jailbreak is gone and you can complete jailbreak the iphone.
It's only a lie or a joke or anybody know more?

Likely a misunderstanding (for example accidentally upgrading to 3.1.3 released today, which removes any existing jailbreak)
No untethered jailbreak has been publicly demonstrated and it is doubtful if anyone has such an exploit privately.Please read the stickies & search forum before posting!
