As I try to solve my other iphone problem I have another question. My brother has an unlocked and jailbroken iphone 2g running 3.0.
He has his at&t sim inserted and can make calls but no internet service.
He is also missing the "carrier" setting.
Any help or suggestions?

That information is also necessary for me. How can I do that. Would that help me to regain my internet. Waiting for the answer.
