Spotlight Search doesn't see hidden apps (poof)
I was wondering if anyone else experienced the problem where if you use Poof to hide apps you don't want shown on the springboard, they do not show up in the spotlight search? Does anyone know of a tweak that could be installed via Cydia to allow it to index even the hidden apps that it currently doesn't?

This has been reported since the betas. Apparently bigboss doesnt see this as a problem (there has already been updates for it on 3.0). I would think one way for spotlight to see hidden apps would be to hide the icons the nonjailbroke way, moving the apps to the very last page and pushing them to the next page. But I am not sure. I am guessing that someone will eventually discover how it indexes the files and tweak it

Ok, I didn't keep up with the beta's. I just had too much real world stuff to do at work to be checking here all the time. lol. But when you say "bigboss" you mean Apple, and not to be confused with Big Boss (as in the repository) right? If you do mean Apple, I would assume they don't see a problem with this because poof if not an Apple supported app because it does not follow their strict set of guidlines for their API's.
