Jailbroken 3G- Location could not be determined

After finally fixing the Cydia problems I was having I just noticed I cannot use the GPS or fake gps (triangulation). It fails everytime. I rarely use it but when I do I DO lol. Is anyone having this problem? Or if anyone can help me determine whats causing it.

Well now I have two hours of spare time so I am just going to restore. A mod can delete....
