ismart dialer for 3.0 - unstable

has anyone installed ismart dialer for firmware 3.0 via cydia? i have been using it for a few days and i have noticed when i place a call (1) using the speed dial, (2) enter a name or (3) enter a number manually, sometime it stays in the dialer window, and sometime it exits out of the dialer window and immediately goes into the main menu as if i had pressed the 'home' button.

this is quite odd and i was if anyone has the same experiences. i am using 3G with firmware 3.0

has anyone tried to contact ismart dialer support recently? i contacted them for over a week now regarding some issues with firmware 3.0, but i have yet heard back from the company. are they still around??
