Increasing pages on Home screen?

I only have four on the current FW and am wondering why, since with 3.0 it was supposed to increase.

I don't really want any makeshift solutions like five rows, so can anyone help me still?

Drag an app off the right of the last page, it will move to a blank 5th page.
