is it possible that i copy data from nokia phone to iphone like contact pic and etc
You need to synchronise your data from your Nokia to a source on your computer, like Address Book on the mac or the Windows Contacts (Windows Address Book).
Or you can synchronise the Nokia contacts to an online source (google contacts, yahoo contacts, mobile me)
Then iTunes can be used to synchronize these contacts to your iPhone.
If you just want the actual phone numbers, the iPhone has an import from SIM function in the Settings app.

As my signature says, please search and try and read up on things as most problems have already been encountered and solved before.
You have not been very descriptive of your problem. I don't know what this PC Suite you are talking about is. The normal behaviour is to let iTunes take a backup of the iPhone and then restore that backup after you have reloaded the OS.
Some problems can occur if you restore a backup from an older iPhone OS version or from a different model iPhone - especially if you have jailbroken. This is why it is a recommended troubleshooting step to set up your iPhone as new if you are experiencing problems.
It is possible to restore individual files (for example SMS history) via SSH, as I said you will experience problems if you do not set the file ownership and permissions correctly after you have restored the individual files.
If you did not understand my statement earlier then I don't advise you to try manually restoring files.
