im currently on 2.2.1 and want to upgrade, before upgrading what files /folders should i backup to keep my messages,contacts,calllogs. i couldnt do it in itunes as i just upgrade op system onmy computer to win 7 and itunes keeps teling me im synced to another computer. i got a lot of apps on this phone now ans was hoping not to loose them either, what do i do.....help

There are plenty of guides for backing up your iPhone and plenty of utilities that can back it up in different ways..Quote:

Other than that you can use any AFC2 browser to backup your iPhone (DiskAid for example)
