Disable GPRS - 3.0 GM 2G iPhone

Hey

Yesterday i updates my 2G iphone from 2.2.1 to 3.0 GM without any problems, my only problem is that i cant change my APN settings in order to disable my GPRS, the reason to why i wanner do this is that it is quite exprnsive. In 3.0 i dont have the General - Network - Data like i had in 2.2.1, so i am not able to change the APN settings, any one have any suggestions to what i could do?

Are you sure you upgraded to GM? 3.0 Beta 4 had that issue, but Beta 5 cleared it - and I've checked on my 3.0GM and it works fine. Also, why don't you just turn off data instead of editing the settings?

How do i turn of data ?

go to http://www.unlockit.co.nz/unlock.php on your iPhone and just follow the instructions to install Fake APN
