Battery Issue..

So i had unlocked iphone 3.1.2, and once the battery got to 20ish percent i plugged it into charge and it stays at the same charge, it wont move up...why is this? I restored to the ipsw that pwnagetool created which auto re-jailbroke my iphone and it still does that..whats wrong.

It sounds like the calibration is screwed.. Try resetting all settings (not all content and settings) then letting the battery go completely flat.. so it turns itself off. Then leave it to rest for at least 5 hours before attempting to recharge it.

If that does not work, you probably have a hardware problem.
