Depends on what you mean by iPhone 2. If you mean the original metal backed iPhone, then no. The closest you can do is install the 3.1.3 custom firmware that includes some of the iOS 4.0 tweaks, but we can't link to it directly as it includes copyrighted Apple software and is unfortunately illegal because of it. If you google for whited00r or redd00r, you'll most likely find it.

Past that, I haven't used it -- I don't know how reliable it is, I don't know if the people programming it can be trusted, I can't be held liable if you try it and it sets your device on fire, standard disclaimer, etc.
