need help for upgrade from 2.0.2
Hello ALL,
it has been over a year now since i upgrade my iphone from 1.1.4 to 2.0.2 using winpwn2.5 (i think it was). Since then, i completely loose track on what is new. And even forum search didn't do much for me - english is not my native language.
Can you please tell me what would be the best and easiest way to use for upgrade from 2.0.2 to 3.0? Which tool to use? Is there "step-by-step" guide as it was for winpwn?
Thanks for all your help.
Best regards,
Tom

Install iTunes 9, download a custom 3.1 IPSW and do a shift + restore in iTunes to the custom IPSW and you should be fine. I ugpraded a 1.1.4 phone to 3.1 this way. Works without any problems.

I mean it is realy that easy? I need to use just iTunes? No software is needed like winpwn or something?
When i get my iPhone i had to unlock it and jailbroked. I did that with Liberty at the time, then i upgrade it from 1.1.4 to 2.0.2 with winpwn.
Maybe i should give this info in my post at the first playce. So, now when you now moew facts do i still upgrade like you said?
Thank you for your help.
