Hey there

I have a iphone 3g with firmware 3.1.2

I am trying to install a ipa on my phone that is 1.2 gigs. For some reason everytime I try to install via itunes, it just freezes. It also take forever to load an app that is 8 megs.

Any ideas of what is going on?
