Is there a way to add the native MMS feature on an iPhone 2G fw 3.0?
As far as I know this is only available on 3.0 on 3G but I don't see why the 2G hardware cannot sopport it.

well, thirdparty MMS programs on Cydia are able to do it. IMHO Apple are just trying to get you to upgrade.

or they are lazy and didn't write the code for MMS over EDGE, only wrote it for over 3G, if there's such difference.

wait a bit, there must be people looking into this, it's a huge missing feature on 2G.
