    Cool iPhone3G 3.0 tethering for Canadian Users

    G'day folks.

    Just wanted to let you all know (and get feedback for) the hack that we put together that enables USB and Bluetooth tethering for Rogers and Fido customers in Canada.

    You must have a data plan for this to work.

    Rogers has (to date) had no issue with tethering, to the point of almost endorsing it. Despite the fact that this is uncharacteristic of them it makes us customers happy.

    That's definitely some good news. I'm actually surprised that Rogers allow this. They pretty anal about just abaut everything.

    I know what you mean. I was talking with a few Rogers reps who are surprised as well.
