iphone 3g problem in restoring
i have a 3g 16gb iphone which not show the modem firmware i do the restore it with 3.1.2 its do the restore normally but in the end its give the unknown error
1002 now how i do the complete it its on the itunes logo

Post your iPhone restore log on pastebin.com and then put a link to it on this forum (and also in IRC) someone might be able to help you based on the restore log.
I don't think this can be solved though - see http://www.everythingicafe.com/forum...2-a-59890.html This is almost certainly a hardware issue.

You can try custom ipsw but I don't think it will fix it. I am 90% sure thisis a hardware error

thanx to reply
but before the restore it. its come in ma hands with the jailbreak and after the restore its in hardware error so how can i solve this hard ware problem in this set when i check its in setting this set has no any address like its wifi and many more too
when i plug it out from cable its go into the battery logo if i plug it with charger then its show the apple logo
so you think that it could be a battery problem?

I tend to agree with Oletheros here -- it is possible that it's a battery / charger problem, but it's ultimately more likely that it is a problem related to the logic board on the device itself. The -1002 error is not one that is user serviceable in all documented cases that I can find.
It's likely either an issue with the comms board or an issue with the logic board.
