So it's been a minute since I've played with setting up an iPhone - unfortunately my carrier doesn't use the same frequency for 3G as att which pretty much renders the iPhone slow at everything it does.

Anyway, I ended helping a friend and setting his phone up. I've got all the MMS settings entered as well as cellular data. Yet I do not get the 'MMS Enable' setting within the Settings > Messages screen.

Is there something special that needs to be done for this to work?
