    Default installed wrong carrier settings; now no internet on iphone

    Trying to get tethering to work I installed german carrier settings on accident on my 3g iphone with 3.0. Im running AT&T and getting no cellular network when attempting to access the internet through safari on my iphone. How do I change the carrier settings if I can't get on the internet to download them? My phone is locked.

    Can I download them to my PC and then transfer it to the iphone some how?
