Is this a 3G iPhone? I doubt this approach will work. That is only for 2G iPhones.

Is the iPhone jailbroken at all? if so what tool was used to jailbreak it?
There are simpler ways to fix this.

I have similar problem. My younger brother has changed my pass code and locked my Iphone.

Now it sais. Iphone doesnt work , connect to Itunes which does not help.


I need to remove pass code on this one and get my precious data back.

It is Iphone 3G with 3.1.3 without JB.

What should I do?
