I get Sad iPhone/Safe Mode ALL THE TIME
Whenever the springboard reloads, I get the sad iPhone/Safe Mode screen. When I restart, it reloads the springboard and then right when it gets to the "Slide to unlock" screen, I get the spinning circle in the center of the screen and then I am taken to the springboard with the Safe Mode box on it saying OK, Restart blah blah blah.
Has anyone experienced this? and know how to fix it?

3G iphone. I have had the Safe Mode many times, but never had this problem where it goes into it every time I boot the device.
I am doing a restore right now and hoping something got messed up with the jailbreak [keeping fingers crossed].

After restoring to 3.0 (unjailbroken) and re-jailbreaking everything is fine. I was able to narrow it down to the use of QuickGold on 3.0 that was causing the problem. Until it is updated, do not use QuickGold.
