I never had a problem with this before, since yesterday. All my apps on my jail broken iphone no longer sync and I can no longer delete them. I know you can manually delete apps, but I'm trying to figure out why my apps wont sync. It shows I have all the apps on my iphone on itunes, but not on my iphone. Hope you guys can me help me out.

Did you let iTunes upgrade the iPhone to a new iOS version?

Have you tried untickjng different categories of content (starting with voice menus) and seeing if that helps. I had a similar problem and had to remove voice memos and all my music - then I could resync music and apps.

However most application sync issues relate to pirated apps - which you will not get any help for here on this forum. We can only help If you have IPAs that were purchased from Apple's Appstore or obtained as part of a beta testing process with a legitimate developer.
