Its pretty anoying with the danish ÆØÅ characters on the new keyboard in 3.0, so is there any way i can disable the danish keyboard and get the UK one, without loosing my danish spelling check ?

Have you tried settings->General-keyboard and de-selecting the ones you don't want?
