Devteam working on new pushfix?
Hi all,
I've been looking for a way to get push fixed on an hacktivated iPhone 2G without the battery drain problem and receiving messages from other people. But still there is no way to get push really working on the iPhone 2G.
I've tried every fix out there: The devteam push fix, the pushfix true cydia, tried with an AT&T simcard to get official activation...But nothing work for real.
I've tried to contact the devteam true twitter, but no luck.
Is there anyone who knows if the devteam is looking into a new way to get push fixed? Or is this just it, and will push never really work on the oldest iPhones?

It is a general problem with hacktivated iPhones not an iPhone 2G problem. So once there is a solution it will be working for all models.

I am starting to wonder if the Dev Team isnt very interested in the push notification services. Maybe they dont want to bother because apples system isnt very good? I figured otherwise this would be an important fix that they would work on it quick. This issue effects 2g and 3g phones... so a lot of us are effected. 3g is fixable though, us 2g users are left all alone.
Maybe they waiting for the release of 3.1 to role out all there new tools... and no updates til then?
