Baseband corrupted solution (error 23)
The iphone 2g was bricked after procedure of unlocking with wrong tools(error 23/no imei/etc). Now I was able to bring it back on firmware v3.0 and on settings the informations are ok:
Wifi: Ok
Bluetooth: Ok
Imei: Ok
Modem: 04.05.04_G
But no operator signal/wifi.
I think the baseband or bootloader are corrupted because When I try to unlock using Redsn0w, The procedure stars and bootneuter shows that my bootloader options already matched my current settings so flashed only baseband, but after sometime It says "Baseband Flash Failed" with error code 46.
Is any there a procedure for fix the baseband or bootloader w/o kiphone (doesn't work)?

iTunes restore Error 23 can only be fixed by hardware reflashing on the 2G iPhone. There is no software fix for that restore error.

hardware re-flashing
so are iPhone stores the only place where hardware re-flashing can be done? where I am from they have a strange arrangement here with the telcos, so that apple stores don't even service iPhones.

No hardware re-flashing is done in non official repair shops where skilled technicians remove the baseband chip, reprogram it with an older baseband bootloader and/or baseband.
No official iPhone store will do more than replace the screen (most just replace the whole iPhone). They simply are not set up to do any hardware repairs.

the WiFi shows "No Wifi" so i cant download the BootNeuter

Forget it. It's s hardware thing and can't be repaired this way. Try to get a used logic and commboard and replace them, on a 2G this is cheaper then manually reprogram the baseband.
