I found this XGPS not as i expected but i think will do the job because as they mentioned it can route, it uses the original google maps so we can use it.

hey guys, try GPSLite from the Appstore, made by MotionX, and, couple that with the OfflineMaps app from the appstore that is 3.0 compatible AFIK, which saves your google map cache and enables you to use it.
