Hey guy, i have develope my app from xcode. And will it share with appstore. But i have no account. If i register my udid and pay 5.99 can i share my free app from appstore??? Or is this only for download beta versions for ios and os?

You need to pay $99 to register as a developer before you can publish apps on the appstore.
