If you are paying 7 or 8Ģ for a Turbosim, then that product is likely out of date and not very stable with current firmware/baseband.

You can contact me via email to arrange a purchase or purchase through the eBay listing I mentioned above.

    Thanks KLP

I have worked out on mine that if I have 3G enabled then I do not receive any incoming calls/texts. If I switch 3G off, everything works fine. Is this a known issue with cheaper cards and can you guarantee that your cards allow 3G and everything else works fine.

    Thanks again.

    Steve.

    Hello Steve,

Many of the older unlock sims do not support any data such as EDGE or 3G.

This is not the case with the i-Smartphone sim. While 3G data transfer has not been reliably unlocked with 2.30.03 baseband yet on ANY TURBO SIM, EDGE data transfer DOES WORK with the latest i-Smartphone sim and is very stable.

    Regards,

    KLP

    Hi there

I bought a Rebel card and to be honest, is the worst crap ever created to unlock iPhone 2.2.1. Althought in the website it says the contrary, a quick search on this forum reveals quite the contrary.

How can you assure me your simcard is going to work? I assume you won't tell me you simcard is not working, but if I decide to spend more money on this, I want to make sure is going to work.

I am sure you understand my point, just need to know what warranties are you giving for the sim card you sell.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello sir,

I can assure you that it works. It is VERY IMPORTANT to make sure the connectors are in line. And yes, Rebel sims are crap.

    Where are you located?

If the chip does not work, just return it to me and I will refund you (minus shipping).

    Kindest Regards,

    KLP

    Hi there,

Thanks for the quick reply, unfortunatelly I could not get into the forum until now.
Currently I am located in Dublin, Ireland. Using Meteor network.

Let me first explain what is the problem I am facing now with Rebel simcard. This is a quote from another thread in this same forum

When I put the rebelsimcard into iPhone 3G (running FW 2.2.1 baseband 2.30.03), it finds my network and I'm able to make/receive calls & SMS. But when I move to different cellular tower it loses the connection and go to "No service"/"No SIM" mode.

    * I tried rebel FW v61 and v57. I followed all the steps (including putting my SIM in other phone and select different network/then select my network).

    * I also drove to a different cellular tower and removed the SIM from iPhone 3G and put it in different GSM phone (select different network/then select my network). It then connects to this cellular tower and when I move to different tower it again goes back to "No service"/"No SIM" mode.

    * I also reset the network settings in my iPhone 3G.

It does not work when I move to different cellular tower.

Please let me know how to make it work.
I you can assure me this will not happen, then I am more than happy to buy from you. Otherwise, please, save me time and money and let me know in advance if this is going to happen.

Reading a little bit this forum looks like you know what you are talking about, so I am going to trust you in your answer to this question.

    I look forward to it.

    Kind regards,

Hello sir, I did not like rebel sim since you always have to worry about the firmware of your turbosim..

I can make you this guarantee-

It will unlock 2.2.1 (2.30.03) and there will be no signal loss when using call/text functions. It is much more easier to use than the Rebel sim since there is no need to update your turbosim.

BUT - 3G does not work, you need to turn 3G off. EDGE data works perfectly.

    Regards,

    KLP

I have just sent payment to you via Paypal for an i-Smartphone SIM.

Hope to receive it as soon as possible as my Rebel SIM has given up working!

    Thanks.
