i dont understand what kind of claim you filed. You should have filled "item not received" and should have esclated to a claim. Then they would have put hold on his funds and until tracking provided, they wouldnt release them to him. And you would end up getting your money. Has it been more than 45 days since the transaction? If not then hurry up and file a claim. Or file a chargeback that is filing a complaint with your bank or credit card if funds were withdrawn from there.

I had filed a claim, I escalated it to get my money back.

PayPal decided in my favor but said that the Seller account did not have any funds so it cannot refund my money back to me.

What can I do now?

yes......................let me say this in one word... dude forget about hearing from angel because he has proven himself to be unreliable and not of good character. how was my 1 word. check with paypal because i filed my item not delivered claim after you because i wnated to give him a chance to deliver, and my funds were returned. i understand how you feel right now.

You need to threaten paypal now, tell them how can they allow such sellers on paypal that are scamming people. Tell them that there was a reason why you chose to pay the seller through paypal because of its policies.
