What to do for Programming for the iPhone 3G?

I have iPhone 3G, FW 2.0.1, official T-Mobile, Jailbrake
Acer TravelMate Laptop Windows XP

I want to make native applications.
That i can install over Installer or Cydia.

What’s the best way to do this?

Does it wok with Windows?
Or should I install MacOS10?
If yes, how to do this pleas, links, tutorials?
Or witch programs should I install?

And
Can you pleas give me links with info about this
With example programs to lock how to do (open source)

I belive this link(bottom) has answers to everything you need to know. You can't program for the official SDK since you don't have a mac environment.

Emulation using VMware is possible. But I'm unsure as to how effective it would be. Anyways, here'e the link :

Will the iphone sdk run on osx86, I'm Considering Rebuilding my pc this weekend with OSX86 and XP Dual Boot But if iphone sdk's not gonna work theres no point.

I'm a .net developer not as mac savy as i would like a little help would be appreciated.

but i have not tested jet because i have installed 10.5.1 form iAkos,
i can't find a 10.5.3 or later version to easyly install...
