Default [Software] alcheMo - Convert J2ME code to iPhone

I just came across this app from Innaworks. It should be interesting for app developers. Here is a quote from Innaworks: "alcheMo for iPhone incorporates a patent-pending optimizing translator to convert J2ME application source code to equivalent application source code for iPhone." See here for more info: http://www.innaworks.com/alcheMo-for-iPhone.html .

Interesting find. It requires however access to the source code for translation. On the other side, Sun has planned to release J2ME for the iPhone.

Let's hope that Apple allows them to do so. At this point, Apple has stated that it will not allow applications that run other applications from within them, or something to that extent. This application could always be installed through Installer if necessary. i am pretty sure that Sun would not want to do that.
