[Req] iPhone programmer

Hey all... I'm new here so go easy on me. I searched the forum but drew a blank ;-)

I am looking for someone to help me write a simple app for the iPhone. I want to create a "video ringtone". I have animated an original hi quality CGI movie file that I want to have the phone play on a loop when it detects an incoming call. I would like the video to play with it's soundtrack instead of the phone ring tone. The caller ID and "Slide to answer" functionality should remain unaffected.

Is this possible - and is anybody out there willing to write a framework using Xcode / SDK that I can use?

It is doable. Just not with the SDK as allowed by the current SDK license. By my reading of it. I could have some appropriate lawyers we work with look over the license and see if there are ways around the provisions that require an app to quit when the users switch to another app. Technically. Yes it is possible. Just maybe not through the SDK, but through the current jailbreak process... BY the way we do custom software and specialize in providing prototypes rapidly that are functional and maintainable (and can easily have additional features added to meet the specifications. So we could provide a skeleton app that does this for you.
