Would this be possibly? And could you program it in C++? I've looked all over for an app that does the some thing this does: TRANSLATOR, BINARY

The guy gives you the source, and i was wondering if I or someone who wants to do it for me, could port it to the iPhone OS...would it be possible and can you or I do it?
