I want application to do simple thing.

launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist

Any one can help me build this application ?
I dont have macos. I'mm using window.

I could quickly do this for you (if it's for 2.0+ devices) but the commands you gave don't actually seem to work when I tested in Terminal.

Do you currently have a firmware less than 2.0?
