Default [OpenGL] How to generate Vertex models ?

    Hello--

My senior project involves OpenGL on the iPhone and I have gotten stuck-- I've researched for days but I can't find anything on how people generate the vertex lists for OpenGL models.

Currently I'm using Blender but I don't care what I need to switch to if I can just get a 3D model from a rendering program imported into a format the iPhone can use.

Please help-- I would really love to graduate!

You may take a look at http://www.play3d.net .
There are example to export model with MEL from Maya and display it with OpenGL ES.
